I bought a USED Laptop worth 250 USD on ebay usa online and the product has been shipped as gift worth $100 usd as used Gift laptop Will i be liable to custom duty and if yes how should i check what will be Custom duty amount.

Sellers are stupid to mark it as a gift. But if they did, you shouldn't be charged any customs fees.
