contact dell or whomeever the computer is purchased from if not go to like best buy, cosco or whereever they sell comp and i am sure they will be able to tell you
Answer 2 :
u need to ask them before u buy it to see if the thing can come with a language translator for all the programs. u might also need to buy spanish software in case it doesnt come with an option to convert it. if u can't do this, she might need to learn english. this might help her later, and it would be smart in case she needs it later on.

She needs to buy a Spanish version of the software. Also, it is illegal to export several of the programs installed on computers out of the country. When you bought the computer, you likely agreed to an end user agreement that stated that you agreed not to export the software.

I would think that these days you could buy a laptop in the USA with all Spanish already installed. Heck, when I go to the doctor it takes them an hour to find forms in English for me to read.

Depending on the software you usually have to install in the desired language. Everytime I install Windows I don't remember seeing a language selection screen. So you'd need to find a Spanish version of Windows. As for other programs, you'd need to check their website or try installing the software to see if you can select languages. I believe Nero has language packs you can download to adjust languages. A few other programs I've used has a language selection on install. I'd start with a formatted hard drive and install the programs one by one starting with Windows looking for the ones you can set the languages for. If it's a new laptop you can usually tell them you need it in English, French, Spanish or almost any other language. This might take an extra few days depending on if the language you need is commonly spoken in that area.
