Answer 1 :
Yes, you will get the same price unless they need extra payment for delivery and you add extra specs for your laptop.
Answer 2 :
Computers and laptops and phones and everything are really low in prices and plus you get any kind of sale round the year. So they are pretty cheap there as compared to other part of the world, this is my opinion.

Yes you can! ~ Especially if the Network Admin gives you permission to log in to thier network... ~ Oooooppps did I answer your question right? ~ If you bring your notebook to a different country you need to check if they have 110v or 220v 1st ~ Then you can get to thier available Wi-Fi ~ Free or Not . . . (",) http://360.yahoo.com/darwin916
Answer 2 :
The electric systems in some countries carry different voltages than in the USA, and so we need some kind of converters. Best to check on that before you try to plug it in and burn it out.
Answer 3 :
Will you be able to plug your power adapter in over there? I was under the impression that power outlets were different there...
Answer 4 :
just bring yourself a power adapter they use 220-240 there (2 prongs) you will have no problems do it all the time matter of fact leaving in the morning for Italy and will use my notebook i have used both my T Mobile account and cards
Answer 5 :
There is no reason to say no. I have an American laptop and it works perfectly also here in Italy. I had only to change the cord because the plug is different.

Answer 1 :
contact dell or whomeever the computer is purchased from if not go to like best buy, cosco or whereever they sell comp and i am sure they will be able to tell you
Answer 2 :
u need to ask them before u buy it to see if the thing can come with a language translator for all the programs. u might also need to buy spanish software in case it doesnt come with an option to convert it. if u can't do this, she might need to learn english. this might help her later, and it would be smart in case she needs it later on.
Answer 3 :
She needs to buy a Spanish version of the software. Also, it is illegal to export several of the programs installed on computers out of the country. When you bought the computer, you likely agreed to an end user agreement that stated that you agreed not to export the software.
Answer 4 :
I would think that these days you could buy a laptop in the USA with all Spanish already installed. Heck, when I go to the doctor it takes them an hour to find forms in English for me to read.
Answer 5 :
Depending on the software you usually have to install in the desired language. Everytime I install Windows I don't remember seeing a language selection screen. So you'd need to find a Spanish version of Windows. As for other programs, you'd need to check their website or try installing the software to see if you can select languages. I believe Nero has language packs you can download to adjust languages. A few other programs I've used has a language selection on install. I'd start with a formatted hard drive and install the programs one by one starting with Windows looking for the ones you can set the languages for. If it's a new laptop you can usually tell them you need it in English, French, Spanish or almost any other language. This might take an extra few days depending on if the language you need is commonly spoken in that area.

Is there any way to get a UK HP laptop shipped to the USA?
Is there any way to get a UK HP laptop shipped to the USA?
I'm going to start college in the UK this fall and want to get a UK laptop delivered here before I leave. I've looked at multiple laptop dealers' websites (UK ones) and the UK HP website but none deliver over here. I don't want to have to wait until the day before classes start to get a laptop.

Answer 1 :
Your best bet is to look for a UK HP retailer on e-bay as they will be able to sort out international shipping, it wont be cheap though, we pay a lot lot more for laptops over here. you would be best to take a US model and get it adapted for use in the UK, there's not a real lot of difference really, I have had three Laptops from the USA over the last 10 years and i've saved around £500 on the retail price all together, they all work fine, the only real issue is warranties etc.
Answer 2 :
Why dont you buy it here? Strange that they will not mail to the states though. Is there a difference?
