Can I use a laptop from the USA and plug it into a wall outlet in the Philippines?

i dont see why not, you could use a Japanese made laptop in America. unless the plugs are fundamentally different from american plugs it should work

Interesting question. Not so sure, but I'm assuming that any computer can be charged into a standard wall outlet. Internet? I'm not so sure as The Philippines probably have different servers and towers.
