Answer 1 :
If your talking about the plug, buy an adapter. You should buy a voltage converter as well that may be where the line came from it could be causing damage to your computer.
Answer 2 :
If you mean a line on the screen. That has nothing do do with the power you have a problem with your video. Your video converter is most likely broken.
Answer 3 :
to change the system language to Japanese. (for XP, the options are just placed in different tabs in vista but still same steps tho) click on START CONTROL PANEL DATE, TIME, LANGUAGE, AND REGIONAL OPTIONS click on LANGUAGES tab check INSTALL FILES FOR EAST ASIAN LANGUAGES go to ADVANCED tab choose JAPANESE on the drop down menu click on REGIONAL OPTIONS choose JAPANESE on the 1st drop down menu choose JAPAN on the 2nd drop down menu restart the pc
Answer 4 :
What do you mean by convert to Japanese ?? Change the language to Japanese , Type or read Japanese ? If you see a line on the screen, it has nothing to do with being in Japan. Most probably something wrong with your graphics card or the screen. GIVE MORE DETAILS! BTW Both Japan and US use 110v Type A (Two pin) or Type B (3 pin) plugs. You donĂ¢€™t need any converters!
